Records hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
Choose the source by the kind of answer needed:
- Use the county arrest hub for the official roster, booking-photo limits, warrant route, and focused records-request steps.
- Check Arrested Today for the same-day fallback path, or Arrest Reports for wider and irregular public reports.
- Use VINE Arrest Check for Maryland custody notifications, then verify a match with the custodian.
- Call Easton Police Records at 410-763-6125 for an Easton incident report; call St. Michaels Police at 410-745-9500 for a town police matter; begin with the Sheriff for Trappe.
- For a court disposition, call the Talbot Circuit Court clerk at 410-822-2611 or District Court at 410-819-5850.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services locator. Federal and immigration custody require the BOP or ICE locator instead.
The Sheriff requires its PIA request form for reports. Published charges begin at $5 for one to five pages, with added copy or research costs in some cases. A photo or full case file may carry added fees and remains subject to release law.
